About the event

Currently 14 open jobs exist for every blockchain engineer: 93% of jobs are unfilled. The extremely low supply of skilled developers poses a crippling problem for blockchain-based initiatives and companies - who will help develop them? Many promising blockchain projects have already been stalled or scrapped because of the lack of available developers. This presentation will explain how companies, start-ups and blockchain projects can overcome the challenge of the blockchain training and staffing challenges ahead. Presented by Henry Moodie, former VP and Chief of Staff of Citigroup’s Global Office of Learning and Development, CEO of BlockchainXperts.com and Founder/Organizer of Bitcoinwix Meetup Group.
